I first went into Tableau, and changed the shapes from "+" to "O" to see sizing appropriately. I also added more details on the legend about the data that is getting represented in this graph.
Now in Adobe, I added a vector to show region with the highest happiness score and life expectancy. I had use the transparency effects to not hide any details when a vector/shape is drawn.
